Accountabilities Partner closely with senior leadership to support employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.

Conduct workplace investigations, fact-finding activities, and documentation reviews while ensuring fair and consistent practices.

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.

Assist with compliance reviews, internal audits, and initiatives designed to maintain regulatory and organizational standards.

Identify potential workforce, hiring, compliance, and operational risks, providing proactive recommendations to leadership.

Support project launches, organizational readiness planning, and business transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with recruiting teams to align hiring strategies with workforce planning objectives.

Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.

Contribute to leadership discussions by providing workforce insights and operational recommendations.

Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and serve as a trusted People Operations resource across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, or a related function.

Strong experience managing employee relations matters and supporting workplace investigations.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing abilities.

Experience assessing organizational, operational, and compliance risks while recommending practical solutions.

Strong decision-making skills, professional judgment, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives.

High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Experience supporting multinational organizations, organizational change initiatives, or high-growth environments is preferred.

Benefits

Competitive hourly compensation of $27.00–$30.00 , depending on experience.

Part-time remote position based in the United States.

Flexible schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week.
