Accountabilities Provide financial analysis and support for defense-related programs, responding proactively and reactively to short- and long-term leadership requests.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality deliverables, including communication strategies, executive briefs, point papers, and analytical reports.

Analyze program financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.

Support strategic initiatives focused on financial data collection, organization, control, maintenance, and accessibility.

Develop clear and accurate reporting materials to support leadership decision-making and program objectives.

Manage moderately complex assignments independently while handling more complex projects with appropriate guidance and feedback.

Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet established quality standards.

Apply strong organizational and analytical skills to improve financial processes and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs or environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to maintain required clearance eligibility.

Experience working with SharePoint and managing structured information systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience supporting leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a remote environment.

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) certification or equivalent Defense Acquisition University (DAU) cost estimating credentials is preferred.
