Accountabilities: Prepare legal documents, petitions, and procedural submissions involving cases of low, medium, and high complexity.

Manage legal deadlines, hearings, and procedural activities to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Maintain and update legal management systems with accurate case information, documents, and relevant data.

Analyze legal proceedings to support risk classification, technical opinions, and financial provisioning decisions.

Prepare reports and legal analyses to provide strategic insights regarding litigation portfolios.

Support mediation processes and participate in hearings when required.

Review case developments, identify potential risks, and contribute to effective legal strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient management of legal demands and client expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law.

Professional experience handling civil litigation and consumer-related legal matters.

Experience updating and managing information within legal case management systems.

Ability to analyze legal proceedings and prepare technical opinions.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive attitude with agility, resilience, and commitment to achieving results.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
