Showroom Setup Sr. Specialist

Job Purpose: Monitor standardization of showroom environments across all retail and company-owned locations, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and customer experience strategy. The role oversees design implementation, sample production, showroom furnishing, and vendor management, translating the company’s visual and functional retail vision into tangible customer spaces.

Key Responsibilities Ensure all retail and company-owned showrooms comply with Jazeera Paints branding standards.

Follow up on decorative products implementation for showroom displays.

Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for sourcing, preparation, and installation of selected products.

Collaborate with Design & Art Direction on branding and signage for retail spaces and marketing exhibitions.

Create and manage POs through SAP and coordinate with Accounts for invoice tracking and supplier payments.

Manage showroom furnishing and branding vendors and monitor quality of deliverables.

Conduct random checks on showroom deliveries.

Supervise showroom projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to design standards.

Maintain consistency in visual merchandising across retail and exhibition spaces.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Follow HSE policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

3+ years of experience in: Retail showroom setup

Visual merchandising

Retail brand environments

Experience in branding, signage, and display production .
