SAFETY MANAGER

The Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing all occupational safety and health programs within the mining operation to ensure compliance with company standards and Philippine regulatory requirements. The role oversees hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, safety inspections, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety management. Working closely with mine operations, contractors, and employees, the Safety Manager promotes a strong safety culture, drives continuous improvement in safety performance, and ensures that all mining activities are conducted in a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible manner to protect personnel, assets, and the surrounding community.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Licensed Mining Engineer
• 10+ years of mining operations (surface & underground) in supervisory/managerial roles
• Knowledge of standard mining procedures & preventive maintenance
• Safety & regulatory compliance focus
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
