IT Security Support Engineer

We are looking for a Security Support Engineer to support enterprise environments and troubleshoot security-related incidents across endpoint, identity and cloud infrastructure.

Daily tasks

• Troubleshoot security, endpoint and infrastructure issues
• Analyse logs, alerts and incidents and identify root causes
• Support deployment and configuration of security solutions
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex incidents
• Create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT security, technical support or systems administration Experience with endpoint security, EDR, antivirus or identity security solutions Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and cloud technologies Understanding of networking and security fundamentals Experience supporting enterprise environments Good English communication and documentation skills Experience with Defender security products would be an advantage
