- Attend project kick-off meetings and workshops for new projects.
- Prepare and review high-level onboarding strategies for new projects.
- Review Project Test Strategy and Test Plans prior to discussion with the Client TCoE Head.
- Review estimation assumptions, risks, and dependencies before presenting them to the Client TCoE Head.
- Participate in project meetings and key stakeholder discussions.
- Review Daily Status Reports and perform high-level oversight checks.
- Collaborate with the Client TCoE Head to mitigate risks, issues, and challenges reported by Team Leads.
- Review Test Summary Reports before submission to the Client TCoE Head.
- Enable TCoE QA teams to capture, analyze, and report project metrics effectively.
- Conduct final reviews of KPIs before sharing them with the Client TCoE Head.
- Analyze quality trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to QA Leads.
- Conduct and participate in weekly review meetings with TCoE QA Leads and the Client TCoE Head to discuss project updates.
- Work closely with the Client TCoE Head to define, manage, and track the QA maturity roadmap.
- Drive quality transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Identify opportunities for shift-left and shift-right testing approaches to improve early defect detection and maximize reusability.
- Perform due diligence on Development and QA processes, identify gaps, and recommend processimprovements.
- Participate intransformation, process standardization, and governance meetings withDevelopment, Business Analysis, Project Management, and UAT teams.
- Review and prepareTCoE playbooks, guidelines, standards, and templates.
- Drive processstandardization initiatives and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
- Produce TCoEartifacts, reports, and documentation as required.
- Act as the firstlevel of escalation for TCoE-related issues and concerns.
- Discuss and alignwith the Client TCoE Head on core-flex resource planning and related changes.
