About the role
Test Engineer role leading a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production
- Support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
- Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
- Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
- Liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance
- Test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement
- Participate in the Kaizen activities
- Update the test program master list & tracking
- Prepare and update Working Instruction
- Provide training over W/I to production
About you
- Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Experience in server manufacturing or a related electronics manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of test methods and concept
- C++, SAP & Linux knowledge
- 12-hour shift arrangement (Day or Night Shift), shift deployment will be assigned based on operational and business requirements
- Candidates who are adaptable and comfortable with rotating shift schedules will thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure
- Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors
