THE ROLE

You’ll split your time between two key areas - Vehicle Operations and Customer Service - making every rental smooth, safe, and memorable.

Reporting to the Fleet Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are clean and ready for hire and sales. You will check over vehicles for damage, safety issues and basic under bonnet checks.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Vehicle Operations: Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready

Clean campervans and motorhomes interiors and exteriors to our high standards

Prepare, equip, and double-check each van before it heads out

Carry out inspections and keep accurate condition reports

Maintain equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot

Operational stock management

Move, park, and organise vehicles like a pro

Opening and closing of depot responsibilities on a rota basis

Assist with end of day lock up procedure

Customer Service: Be the Friendly Face of Indie Campers

Liaise with customers via phone and email to schedule pick-ups

Welcome guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs

Give fun, informative briefings so they feel ready for the road

Support renters throughout their journey with confidence and care

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

If this sounds like you, we want to meet you:

You hold a full driving licence

You’re happy working weekends

You’re confident speaking with customers

You enjoy being hands-on with vehicles

You’ve got a sharp eye for detail

Working Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 5 days/40 hours per week.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract to 31st October 2026

Salary: £26,500 per annum
