Tree Care Safety & Training Specialist

We're looking for an experienced tree care professional who enjoys helping others work safer, smarter, and more efficiently.

This unique role combines field visits, safety consulting, training, and industry outreach. You'll work directly with tree care companies across North America, helping improve safety programs while contributing to the development of industry-leading educational resources.

What You'll Do

Visit tree care companies to observe operations and identify opportunities for improvement

Conduct safety assessments and provide practical recommendations

Build relationships with business owners, supervisors, and crews

Assist with the development of training programs and educational content

Support online and in-person training initiatives

Participate in industry events, conferences, and demonstrations

Contribute ideas that improve safety and operational excellence throughout the industry

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has experience working in the tree care, forestry, utility vegetation management, or related industries

Understands safe work practices and enjoys helping others succeed

Communicates well with crews, managers, and business owners

Is comfortable speaking to small groups or willing to learn

Enjoys travel and working independently

Can prepare professional reports and documentation

Has a valid driver's license and can travel throughout North America

Preferred (Not Required)

ISA Certified Arborist

CTSP or other safety certifications

Experience with climbing, aerial lifts, rigging, or vegetation management

Experience delivering training or mentoring employees

Experience with safety inspections or operational reviews

Salary Range $80,000 — $100,000 USD
