Infrastructure BIM Coordinator

Study tender documents, including technical specifications, design drawings, time schedules, BOQs, and contracts.

Extract shop drawings and develop models in compliance with project requirements.

Supervise, guide, and follow up with Senior and Junior Engineers on all technical and BIM requirements.

Coordinate with other disciplines and clarify site queries.

Lead communication and progress meetings with clients and consultants.

Handle Families Creation/Part Builder, Dynamo, and model coordination workflows.

Audit and perform QA/QC for civil models in accordance with EIR.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

8 years of experience.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Awareness of BIM standards and protocols.

Awareness of engineering workflows.
