Your tasks

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects across HR, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.

What will you be doing?

• Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive progress
• Analyse and document existing processes where documentation is currently limited
• Clarify unclear requirements, identify gaps, and help prevent project bottlenecks
• Work across multiple business functions in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Produce clear process MAPS, requirements documentation, and recommendations
• Strong Business Analysis experience with a proven track record of delivery
• Comfortable working in transversal roles
• French or Dutch Speaking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to drive discussions, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to evolving situations
• Experience across multiple business domains is advantageous
