Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory, and statutory reporting requirements. Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy. Support external audits and regulatory reporting activities. Monitor financial reporting controls and recommend process improvements. Supervise and mentor team members while ensuring timely report delivery.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or an equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 6–8 years of financial reporting experience, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
