Howitt Construction is a busy excavation company based out of Red Deer. We're looking for an experienced *dozer* operator for *dayshift *on a pond project located approx 1.5 hrs NW of Whitecourt. Work contract approx 1 month long.
Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.
*Work Details*
- 11 hrs/shift + 1.5 hr of drive time,
- 7 days a week, long weekends off (4 days),
- Hotel/LOA available,
- Transportation provided to and from work.
*Dozer Scope of Work:*
- Minimum of *4* years experience,
- Stripping topsoil,
- Grading slopes,
- GPS experience an asset but not necessary,
- Must be able to work alone with limited supervision.
_*PPE Requirements*_
- Steel toed boots,
- High visibility safety vest,
- Safety glasses,
- Hard hat,
- Gloves.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
