What We Offer
Air-conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke
$18.00–$20.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay
Monday- Friday 7:00am–3:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm
Paid holidays

The Role The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and peak performance.
Responsibilities
Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
Basic hand tool and power tool use
Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
Knowledge & Skills
Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
Self-motivated and responsive to production metrics
Team player who puts the group's success first
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Requirements
Must be 18 or older
Previous sandblast experience is a plus — but we will train the right candidate
Ability to lift to 50-100 pounds.
