QS/Contracts Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage technical/commercial bid proposals.

1. Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.

1. Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.

1. Prepare and strategies prolongation/variation/loss and expenses claim submissions.

1. Report directly to Director.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 15 years ‘experience.

1. Possess a Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management.

1. Good working knowledge in contract law.

1. Possess following Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks

• Resourceful

• Self-motivated with high degree of integrity

• Highly Organized

• Excellent time management skills
