In this varied role, you will ensure that our shops in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria operate at their best. You will act as the link between colleagues, suppliers, contractors and construction partners, and ensure that every shop remains safe, presentable and in top technical condition. Naturally, you'll also be carrying out technical tasks yourself

What are you going to do?

As a Retail Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall facilities management of our retail organisation. You will combine operational tasks with project management and leadership.

• You draw up and manage maintenance schedules for all shops.
• You will coordinate and resolve technical faults.
• You organise periodic inspections, tests and preventive maintenance.
• You manage buildings, installations and stock.
• You will coordinate refurbishments and the development of new shops.
• You liaise with contractors, landlords, suppliers and construction partners.
• You manage maintenance contracts and monitor budgets and investments.
• You arrange permits and utility connections.
