Casting Assistant

Job Overview

We're looking for a meticulous,resourceful, people-person to join us as a Casting Assistant. You'll be at theground level of finding, coordinating, and preparing talent for everything fromlocal TV commercials to international productions - working closely with ourProject Coordinators and Project Managers to make sure every shortlist,audition, and shoot runs smoothly. Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

Perform high-volume talentsourcing based on brand brief, demographics, and campaign tone - acrossprofessional artistes and street casting alike. Research the client and projectbefore recommending talent, so every option you bring forward actually fits.

Audition Coordination

Coordinate and preparehigh-volume auditions for internal review and PM shortlisting - keepinglogistics tight and talent ready.

Project Support

Support coordination acrossmultiple concurrent projects, keeping timelines, communication, anddeliverables on track.

Talent Recommendations

Recommend suitable talentoptions to the Casting Project Manager and Head of Casting based on rolerequirements and brief fit.

Talent Records

Maintain and update talentperformance records - documenting strengths, quirks, and suitability from everyproject so we can cast smarter next time.

Role Preparation

Prepare and coordinate role prepmaterials and sessions so talent walks onto set properly briefed and ready.

Equipment & Logistics

Carry out basic equipment checksand flag any faults or issues promptly, before they become a shoot-day problem.

On-Set Support

Be the person who jumps in -proactive, hands-on support during shoots and studio sessions, anticipatingwhat crew and talent need rather than waiting to be asked. Make sure everytalent has a genuinely positive shoot experience.

Requirements

• Background in Media / Film /Production (qualification or work experience)
• Excellent command of Englishand at least one other language
