IT / DT Trainee

Requirements

Job Description Operating Systems: Basic knowledge of Windows. Familiarity with Windows Server, macOS, or Linux is a plus.

• Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Software: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Hardware: Basic knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory: Basic understanding of user account management, password resets, permissions, and group membership is a plus.
• IT Support: Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
• Cybersecurity: Basic awareness of cybersecurity principles, phishing, malware, password security, and safe IT practices.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose basic technical issues and follow a structured approach to resolving problems.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant internships, university projects, or practical IT experience are considered an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
