Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business line managers to address workforce and organizational needs.
- Support the implementation of Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
- Drive the Performance Management cycle and employee development plans.
- Identify talent gaps and recommend development solutions.
- Support Organizational Development and change management initiatives.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention activities.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management.

- Professional certifications are preferred, including:
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources)/HR Diploma
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is preferred.
