Hajjo 1991 is a premium menswear brand. We sell suits, blazers, shirts, trousers and accessories. We are part of Hajjo Group, a family business in tailoring since 1960. We are looking for a Store Manager who runs the store like an owner — the team, the sales, and the way the store looks and feels. Your responsibilities: Team and sales Set monthly and daily sales targets for the store and for each salesperson

Follow up on targets every day and push the team to reach them

Work on the floor with your team, coach them on how to sell, and show them by example

Serve our important and regular customers personally and build long-term relationships

Write a monthly report on every employee: sales, attendance, behaviour, and what he needs to improve

Store standards Make sure the store looks perfect at all times — display, lighting, cleanliness, order

Make sure every product on the floor is ironed, clean, and has no defects — remove anything that is not ready to sell

Make sure the team's appearance and uniform are always correct

Control the music: calm and suitable for the store atmosphere at all times

Operations Follow stock levels, request replenishment, and report fast-moving and slow-moving products

Manage staff schedules, attendance and shifts

Handle customer complaints and returns

Report daily and monthly sales results to management

3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year managing a store or a team (must)

Strong personal selling skills — you sell, you don't only supervise

Experience with sales targets and KPIs

Real eye for detail: you notice a crooked hanger, a wrinkled jacket, a dusty shelf

Able to lead, correct and motivate a team without losing them

Able to write clear reports on staff performance

Good Arabic, and English good enough to serve foreign customers

Presentable and professional appearance

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and busy seasons

Preferred: Menswear, suits or formal wear experience

Knowledge of fabrics, fit and basic tailoring

Visual merchandising experience

Experience with a POS or ERP system
