Assistant Site Engineer

Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details Lead, coordinate and mange civil & structure of the project To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day – to – day operations Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project To develop detailed workplans and cost estimations of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements to allow efficient scheduling of works Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects To Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities)
