Construction Manager

Guildhall is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a leading international engineering and construction contractor in the UAE. The role requires extensive experience managing complex high-rise projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the construction lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to prevent delays.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with UAE building codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, and QA/QC standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants to manage design, structural, and MEP interfaces.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, review shop drawings, and manage contractual documents (permits, change orders).
• Budgeting: Control costs by managing materials and certifying subcontractor payments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 10–15+ years in the construction of high-rise buildings of 50-60 stories and above in a similar managerial role within the UAE and beyond.
• Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, proficiency in project management software (Primavera/MS Project), and deep knowledge of local construction regulations.
