PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Highly analytical and could easily identify problems with the use of problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis methodologies. Supervising and overseeing the production line to ensure machinery runs smoothly and products meet established standards.

Training and managing production personnel, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.

Collaborating with other department managers to synchronize production processes in alignment with broader operational goals.

Ensuring strict health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times, promoting a safe workplace environment.

Monitoring production data and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce costs and enhance output.

Acting as a key point of communication between the production floor and upper management, providing regular reports on production status and challenges.

Qualifications/Requirements: Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering
