We're seeking a strategic product leader to drive digital transformation in Singapore's construction sector. You'll lead platforms that are the backbone of Singapore's built environment industry - from how construction firms get certified to operate, to how building materials enter the country, to how billions in industry payments flow. You believe in shared success and collaborate openly across functions, domains, and agencies. You take ownership of outcomes and hold the team to a high standard of quality, security, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support Product leaders in defining product goals, priorities, and roadmaps

Collaborate with engineering, design, and other functions to execute product initiatives

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.

Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Help manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and day-to-day delivery

Monitor product performance and assist in tracking key metrics

Identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiencies

Communicate updates, blockers, and progress to internal teams

Stay close to users and market trends to help the team stay informed

What You’ll Bring

Technical & Experience Requirements

5–7 years of experience in product management or a similar role

Experience writing product specs and working with agile development teams

Proven ability to work across teams to deliver product features

Comfortable with basic data analysis and user research

Essential Qualities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Customer-obsessed with strong user empathy

Data-driven decision-making approach

Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

Ability to influence without authority

Strong prioritisation skills and resource management

Organized, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail

Open to feedback and growth, and eager to learn from senior team members

Good to Have

Understanding of basic product analytics (e.g. funnel, retention, user flows)

Government sector experience

Construction industry knowledge

Digital transformation background

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel)
