Kitchen Crew / Assistant / Helper

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Crew / Assistant to support our kitchen operations. This person plays an important role in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and helping the team deliver high-quality dishes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation (e.g. washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).

Support the chef and kitchen team in daily kitchen tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.

Clean and wash utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.

Receive, unpack, and store ingredients and supplies properly.

Ensure food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed.

Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen organized.

Assist with simple cooking tasks if trained and instructed.

Requirements:

Hardworking, responsible, and a team player.

Willing to learn and take instructions well.

Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety (training will be provided).

Prior kitchen experience is a bonus, but not required.
