CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment Allocate cleaning duties and work schedules according to operational requirements Prepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and supply usage for management review Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement Maintain cleaning records, checklists, inspection reports, and other operational documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly and effectively. Report operational problems, safety hazards, and service deficiencies to management Ensure staff comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements
