Master Data Operations Specialist

Ensure the proper master data collection and processing based on data quality standards.

Master Data Management and Collection:

• Handling all BUs inquiries & requests for master data support.
• Coordinating with different stakeholders for data processing and deactivation
• Follow up database system related issues with IT dept.
• Coordinating with finance, legal or any supporting teams to comply with different regulators requirements in master database.
• Maintain master databases and conduct regular maintenance to ensure data integrity.

Master Data Management quality and integrity:

• Validating master data accuracy and quality from different data sources, via both manual and automated tools.
• Reporting the data accuracy based on the validated data either by manual validation or automated tools.
• Investigating master data gaps and issues data issues and taking data cleansing decisions.
• Ensure that the data is collected based on stated quality standards and support different BUs users and data sources to adhere to same standards.
• Investigating & escalating users/system mistakes/errors to concerned BUs.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Special Certification or Training Required: Basic knowledge of supply chain management

Data management, Data Quality, Data analysis

ERP system knowledge is a plus.

Required Industry Experience: Minimum 1 Years of Experience.

Power BI: Good

Language Requirements: English: V. Good.
