Job Summary You will lead restaurant service operations, ensuring smooth dining experiences and managing staff during shifts at a restaurant and bar located in Telok Ayer St. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant and bar service operations to deliver excellent customer experiences Coordinate and supervise staff schedules and duties during shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 4pm to 11pm on Saturdays Ensure compliance with service standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction Support team members to achieve operational efficiency and smooth workflow Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Uphold health and safety regulations during all service activities Other Information Location Telok Ayer St Working Hours Mondays to Fridays: 3pm to 11:30pm Saturdays: 4pm to 11pm Sundays and Holidays off Incentives Incentives provided
