Role
- Partner closely with the CEO to help operate the core infrastructure of the company across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management.
- Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs.
- Own high-priority operational projects.
- Improve processes across the business and help the company scale effectively.
- Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
Qualifications
- Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.
- Technically literate.
- Eager to learn and grow with an early-stage team.
- Nice-to-have: healthcare experience.

Compensation: $140K-$180K salary with equity.
