KIRI is looking for a Matcharista who lives for matcha and people!

Your tasks

• Craft daily matcha, coffee & signature KIRI drinks with SOP
• Ensure bar is always clean, stocked & guest-ready
• Help create seasonal menu ideas & give feedback
• Be the face of KIRI — educate guests about matcha culture
• Create behind-the-scenes content when needed

Requirements

You are

• Creative energy, friendly, active — you don't wait to be told
• Dedicated, clean, consistent with recipes
• Minimum 1 year experience as barista (matcha / coffee)
• Love to create content — you know how to take aesthetic photos/videos for IG/TikTok

We Love If You

• Understand basic social media trends & AI tools for ideas (Canva AI, CapCut)
• Have worked in specialty coffee/matcha bar before
