Project Control Manager

•Develop and maintain project schedules and tracking, budgets, and forecasts. •Monitor project performance. •Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to implement corrective actions. •Prepare and present progress and financial reports. •Ensure compliance with contractual requirements. •Prepare and negotiate all variation orders and claims with clients.

Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project control for mechanical construction projects. Strong skills in project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera P6 is a plus) and cost control. Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and risk management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
