Section Manager - Quality Control

1.Manage the Quality Control section, including hiring, training, and managing team members' performance. 2.Create and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and standards to meet regulations and industry standards. 3.Set up and maintain quality control processes for incoming materials, production stages, and finished products/services, including inspection and testing methods. 4.Work with other teams like production and engineering to fix quality issues and improve processes. 5.Keep an eye on quality control data to find trends and reasons for defects and look for ways to do better. 6.Fix problems and make sure they don't happen again by implementing corrective and preventive actions. 7.Check if our quality control meets standards by doing internal audits and inspections and fix any problems. 8.Work with suppliers to make sure the materials we get meet our quality standards and check them regularly. 9.Help when customers check our quality control processes, giving them what they need and helping them understand. 10.Keep learning about new trends and technologies in quality control and use them to make our processes better.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science, etc. advanced degree or certification is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience with quality control systems and methodologies, including inspection, testing, and sampling techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards, etc.) is desirable.
