Supervisor Material Control (Samutsakorn Plant)

• Manage and oversee the disbursement, issuance, and ordering of raw materials and packaging to support daily production plans.
• Supervise subordinates in the accurate weighing and portioning of bulk materials (e.g., subdividing 50kg sugar into 5kg batches) according to production formulas.
• Monitor material handling processes to ensure strict compliance with GMP standards and allergen control protocols.
• Execute material ordering, perform physical stock counts, and reconcile inventory balances accurately.
• Process stock deductions and maintain real-time, accurate material records within the SAP system.
• Analyze inventory data using MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and IF functions) to prepare material variance and stock movement reports.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: [3-5 years] of experience in material control, warehouse management, or inventory control within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating SAP systems for inventory and stock management. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency, with proven ability to use VLOOKUP and IF functions effectively. Preferred: Practical knowledge and deep understanding of GMP and Allergen control standards will be specially considered. 6-day work week
