QA and Laboratory Manager

• Be responsible for Quality Assurance for both incoming raw material and outgoing finished products
• Be responsible for production process Quality Control
• Be responsible for Equipment calibration
• Be responsible for product testing Laboratory
• Lead QA, QC and Laboratory staff to achieve department’s goal
• Partner with Regulatory Affair department to effectively implement and maintain Quality Management System
• Partner with team in developing new products, material and process.
• Collaborative with oversea customer, suppliers, head office and local team.
• Build culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 13 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Familiar with continuous improvement methodology. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Microsoft office and various digital tools.
