Safety Manager

1. SHE Management & Compliance: Lead and continuously improve the site SHE Management System in alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA principles, and applicable Thai legal requirements.
2. Risk & Incident Management: Drive risk assessments, incident and near-miss investigations, corrective actions, Process Safety, and Zero-Harm initiatives.
3. Emergency & Occupational Health: Manage emergency preparedness, response drills, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and workplace exposure control.
4. Contractor, Warehouse & Logistics, Sales and Marketing SHE: Ensure SHE standards are effectively implemented across contractor activities, warehouse operations, material handling, transportation, logistics, sales, and marketing activities.
5. Environmental & Sustainability: Lead environmental compliance, wastewater treatment, waste management, energy and resource efficiency, Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO), GHG reduction, and Net Zero initiatives.
6. Training & Safety Culture: Build and sustain a strong Zero-Harm and safety culture through SHE training, employee engagement, safety awareness, leadership coaching, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in SHE management, preferably within food, pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, or other process manufacturing industries Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems. Strong knowledge of Thai SHE laws and regulations, with familiarity with OSHA standards/principles. Solid experience in Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Process Safety, Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management. Proven experience in Environmental Management, including wastewater treatment, hazardous waste, chemical management, air emissions, and environmental compliance. Experience in Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO), GHG reduction, energy efficiency, resource efficiency, and Net Zero initiatives is highly preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees, contractors, and management to build a strong Zero-Harm culture. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement capabilities. Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
