Job Purpose/Overview This position is responsible for deliver, and lead other through the delivery of successful implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and continuous improvements that relate with electrical technology to reduce costs and improve whole site efficiencies, following work instruction to ensure quality, efficiency and safety meet Mars standard requirements. In this role must lead by example and be willing to share experiences with others to improve the technical self-sufficiency of the technical team in the responsible area by Autonomous maintenance and Progressive Maintenance

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or High school Diploma 's Degree in Electrical Control systems and equivalent Proven working knowledge at least 4 years’ experience in maintenance environmental Clear ability to relate to, motivate, and effectively train people Expert analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills
