Safety Supervisor

• Support the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs across all company locations.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze safety performance data from domestic and international sites.
• Prepare safety dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate and participate in internal assessments, including ISO 45001, CoSMA, and customer compliance programs.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Safety Perception Surveys and safety culture development programs.
• Support the development and delivery of safety training programs, including Workplace Safety Facilitator (WSF) initiatives.
• Maintain and improve safety databases and EHS management systems (e.g., Enablon).
• Facilitate communication and sharing of safety best practices across sites.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferably in manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO 45001, safety management systems, and compliance requirements Strong analytical and data management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is an advantage Good command of English, both written and spoken Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills Able to work effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams
