The UI/UX Designer contributes to the evolution of the user experience by creating intuitive, research-backed design solutions for the FinQuery product ecosystem. This role focuses on translating defined business requirements into functional, high-fidelity designs while advocating for the end-user. Working within established design patterns, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and brand alignment across our platform.

How You Will Make an Impact: Translates business requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes

Contributes to and maintains the global design system to ensure visual and functional standards

Conducts and supports user research and usability testing while synthesizing findings for design improvements

Analyzes user data and identifiable factors using professional judgment to solve design challenges

Presents design concepts and prototypes effectively to product teams and stakeholders

Collaborates daily with Engineering and Product Management to ensure technical feasibility

Applies accessibility and inclusive design standards across all customer segments

Manages individual project timelines and priorities independently for routine tasks

The Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field

Typically requires 1 to 5 years of professional experience

Proficiency in using and expanding upon established component libraries

Ability to organize information and multi-step workflows into logical, intuitive structures

Skill in creating interactive mockups that accurately simulate the user experience

Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests to validate design assumptions
