Logistics Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.

Track deliveries and maintain accurate shipment records.

Prepare operational reports and documentation.

Respond to customer enquiries professionally.

Work closely with drivers, clients, and operations staff.

Maintain accurate data using computer applications.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Must be a resident of Lagos or willing to relocate.
