INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

About the role

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT officer or IT support role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network management

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related problems

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment

Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience in implementing security measures

Relevant certifications or qualifications in information technology or a related field would be an advantage
