About the Role

What You'll Teach

Identifying opportunities to embed AI into enterprise applications and workflows

Mapping business processes to AI use cases such as summarization, information extraction, search, recommendation, and workflow automation

Building AI-enabled application features using .NET and Microsoft Power Platform workflows

Designing prompts, structured outputs, workflow triggers, approval flows, and human-in-the-loop safeguards

Prototyping AI features for knowledge access, document handling, and operational support

Testing and evaluating AI outputs using structured evaluation criteria

Sample Learning Sprint

Facilitate hands-on sessions on identifying and designing AI opportunities for enterprise applications.

Guide learners as they build AI-enabled workflows and application features using Microsoft technologies.

Coach learners through developing a working prototype based on a real business use case.

Help learners troubleshoot technical and implementation challenges during development.

Provide actionable feedback as learners test, evaluate, and improve their AI solutions.

Support learners in preparing and presenting their final prototype.

What you'll do

Deliver structured, project-based learning sessions anchored on practical outcomes.

Translate real industry practice into teachable frameworks and workflows.

Reinforce understanding with examples, diagnostics, and actionable feedback.

Maintain inclusive, professional communication and a learner-safe environment.

What you won't do

You will not be expected to:

Lecture without learner engagement or practical application.

Create all materials from scratch (Eskwelabs provides core materials and support).

Do homework outside designated class commitments.

Attend on-site sessions unless you opt in.

Work Arrangement

Project assignments may be conducted remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid setup depending on the needs of each learning program.

Hands-on experience in software or application development, ideally using .NET and/or Microsoft technologies

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience integrating Generative AI/LLMs into applications, business processes, or automated workflows

Experience designing application/workflow logic involving APIs, triggers, approvals, structured outputs, or human-in-the-loop processes

Understanding of prompt design, AI output evaluation, and responsible AI considerations

Ability to translate business requirements and use cases into functional AI-enabled prototypes

Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills

Comfortable facilitating hands-on learning for working professionals

Teaching/training experience is a plus, but not required
