Requirements

Scope of work

Provide technical support during construction, including review of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals

Conduct site inspections and progress reviews

Follow up resolution of technical queries and RFIs

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Ensure electrical installations meet design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements

Direct and oversee the planning, coordination, execution, control, and successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with PDE&C strategies, commitments, and objectives

Lead the required teams and stakeholders during the planning stages, conducting thorough constructability reviews to enhance project viability, budget optimization, and achieving the best solution for the customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure projects management

Proven experience in residential building electrical systems

Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, and electrical safety systems

Proven knowledge in SBC and NEC codes
