Foreign Purchasing Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and execute all foreign purchasing activities, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.

Develop and implement robust procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical engineering components, aligning with company objectives.

Manage key vendor relationships globally, ensuring strong partnerships and advantageous terms.

Navigate complex international trade regulations , customs procedures, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to forecast needs and optimize inventory levels.

Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes, leveraging market insights and best practices.

Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers and innovative sourcing opportunities.

Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Bachelor Degree .

Proven expertise in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Strategic Sourcing.

In-depth knowledge of International Trade laws and Customs Regulations.

Strong capabilities in Inventory Control and supply chain optimization.

Foundational understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles.

Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration and analytical thinking.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in foreign purchasing or a similar senior procurement role.

Extensive experience managing international supplier relationships and complex logistics.
