Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for aHead of DevOpsto lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services.

Head of DevOps - Role

  • Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy acrosscloud and on-premenvironments
  • Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly availableLinux-based hybrid infrastructures
  • ChampionInfrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, andCI/CDusing tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices
  • ManageAWS/Azure/GCPplatforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure
  • Ensurereliability, scalability, security, and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response)
  • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement,DevOps culture, and operational maturity across teams
  • Lead decisions oncontainerization (Docker/Kubernetes)and orchestration strategies

Head of DevOps - Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Linux engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles
  • Proven experience inhybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)
  • Strong expertise inLinux systems (RHEL-based environments preferred)
  • Solid knowledge ofKubernetes, containers, networking, and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
  • Fluent inEnglish and French (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
