*Summary*

We are seeking a compassionate and hospitality-focused individuals to create a warm, wselcoming and relationship driven dining experience. This role plays and essential part in enhancing the daily lives of Elders by ensuring an enjoyable meal experience while maintaiing a safe, clean and organized environment.

The ideal candidate brings a heart for service, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to supporting elders in a home-like setting.

*Responsibilities*

Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Set tables and prepare dining spaces to create a relaxed, inviting and home-like atmosphere
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the different food textures that may be required by elders
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning and sanitation while ensuring kitchesn are well stocked and organized
• Serve meals with kindness and professionalism
• Collaborate with staff to deliver excellent food service
• Manage time efficiently to meet meal schedules

*Qualifications and Skills*

• Previous experience in hosptiality, food sevie or senior living (preferred)
• Food Safe Certification
• Clear understanding of the different food textures and modified diets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be a team player
• Compassionate, patient and relationsip-focused approach
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy physical tasks

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.82 per hour
