About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational company as a Retail Manager in the Orchard Central Region. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and success of a high-end luxury retail department, with a focus on exceptional merchandising and customer experience. What you'll be doing Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers

What we're looking for Extensive experience in retail management and Merchandising Experience.

Proven track record in delivering exceptional merchandising and Retail Operations

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
