Job Description & Requirements WORK LOCATION : TUAS SOUTH RECREATION CENTRE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation. Help customers locate products they are looking for. Answer customer questions about products and features. Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate. Receive and unpack new deliveries from suppliers Rotate stock to ensure freshness Check for price discrepancies and correct where necessary Handle cash and card transactions Keep the floor clean and organized JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure Basic math skills for handling cash Knowledge of product features and benefits Attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team
