Quality Control Section Head

Check with QC engineers and supervisors the delivered materials according to specifications and receipt of construction works. finishing works in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications

Prepare the required data of QC monthly report to be submitted to the site QC manager

Prepare and coordinate with QC manager IT&P (inspection test and plan) for all project activities and works.

Coordinate with the CM and construction team for daily inspection works

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality records.

Evaluate the deviation in specifications and guidance as needed.

Evaluate subcontractor’s performance to be submitted to site QC manager.

Follow up the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action needed for any nonconformity case.

Review any method statement for items to be approved by site consultant.
