As a Data Cloud Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in implementing the foundational cloud backbone for Dixstone's global Data landscape. You will be the brain of our automation strategy, leveraging Infrastructure as Code to build a seamless, secure, and unified digital ecosystem. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex data sources and scalable cloud platforms, setting new standards for operational excellence and data sovereignty. By ensuring our data infrastructure is resilient, automated, high-performing, and secure your contributions will be critical in enabling the Group to reach a new level of data-driven decision-making and business efficiency.

Role and responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust infrastructure standards on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability (HA), performance optimization, and global scalability for data workloads,
  • Implement IaC solutions for automated provisioning and configuration management using Terraform (or similar solutions, such as Terragrunt and Azure Bicep),
  • Establish and maintain Azure DevOps repositories and CI/CD pipelines for version control, automated testing, and collaborative deployment,
  • Execute security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies (including firewalls, VNETs, and Private Links), ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and organizational policies,
